Ortho Monitoring Delete your account
Patients: in the app
- Open the Ortho Monitoring AI app and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Your login is deleted immediately and every phone signed in to your account is signed out. Your clinic is notified to delete your records.
Patients: without the app
Email privacy@orthomonitoringai.com from any address with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your full name, the mobile number you use to sign in, and your clinic's name. We confirm your identity with your clinic, and complete the request within 30 days.
Clinics
A clinic administrator can email privacy@orthomonitoringai.com from the account's registered email address to close the clinic workspace. We delete staff accounts and clinic data within 30 days, after the clinic has exported any records it must keep.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| Check-in photos, messages, check-in answers | Deleted by your clinic, unless medical-record law requires the clinic to keep them. Anything kept is deleted when that period ends (by default no later than 10 years after it was created). |
| Name, contact details and treatment plan | Deleted with your clinical record, on the same basis. |
| Consent records and security audit logs | Kept for up to 7 years to show how your data was handled, then deleted. |
| Payment records | Kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. They contain no card or wallet details. |
