Terms of Service

Effective 29 September 2026 · Ortho Monitoring AI, developed and operated by Mishkk Technologies

Medical disclaimer. Ortho Monitoring AI supports communication between patients and their orthodontist. It does not diagnose, treat or replace an in-person examination. AI observations are decision support for a qualified clinician and may be wrong. Every treatment decision is made by your orthodontist. In an emergency, such as severe pain, swelling, bleeding or difficulty breathing, contact your clinic or local emergency services immediately; do not wait for a reply in the app.

1. The service

Ortho Monitoring AI lets orthodontic and dental clinics monitor patients remotely. Patients submit guided photos and check-in answers through the Android app; clinic teams review them in the web app at app.orthomonitoringai.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no uploading unlawful or unrelated content, accessing another person's records, attempting to break security or overload the service, or reverse-engineering the app except as the law allows.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features. We will give clinics reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for clinical decisions, for missed or delayed reviews, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to a clinic for any claim is limited to the fees that clinic paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending your account

You may stop using the service at any time; see how to delete an account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put patients at risk.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
